Director at Erin Kleinberg's award-winning agency, leading client services, creative direction and 360 campaign production for a marquee luxury client. I led a team of art directors, editors, social strategists, copywriters and photographers, directing shoots across New York, Los Angeles and Toronto from concept through crew, talent, styling and delivery.

I partnered with founder Brook Harvey-Taylor to carry the brand she began from a VW van in 1996 into the new digital age. I owned the global marketing calendar and led every brand channel, from organic and paid social to PR and experiential, bringing Brook's plant-based fragrance craft to a new generation across retailers and platforms.

I joined a startup of thirty in Dubai as it received investment at a billion-dollar valuation. Developing products end-to-end with Huda Kattan, the world's most followed beauty founder, from formula and shade to packaging, copy and campaign, I launched the brand's first liquid eyeshadow, six bestselling palettes, her signature lashes and the thinnest brow pencil on the market, as the community grew from 20 to 50 million.

Alongside founder Mona Kattan, I led the go-to-market for new launches at one of perfumery's fastest-growing houses, built from her Middle Eastern heritage and the ritual of scent layering. I shaped how each release was priced, positioned and brought to her community of fragrance lovers around the world.

Intern at the London head office supporting Aveda's Sephora Paris launch, then Sydney, where I built Aveda's marketing and events calendars, worked backstage at Sydney Fashion Week, and designed holistic wellness and beauty experiences for their network of boutiques, salons and spas.
